Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of JRNY 360 Learning (the “Platform”), including any courses, content, community spaces, events, and digital products provided by JRNY Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Who we are

JRNY 360 Learning is operated by JRNY Consulting, a UK registered company (company number: 14417141). Having its registered address at 167-169 Great Portland Street 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF 

Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a course.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.

  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering or purchasing.

Your licence to use the Platform

When you purchase or access content on JRNY 360 Learning, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal or internal organisational use, in line with these Terms.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, sell, resell, or distribute our content (including templates, slides, audio, video, or workbooks) outside your organisation without written permission;

  • share logins or provide access to anyone who has not purchased a seat/licence;

  • remove watermarks, copyright notices, or branding;

  • scrape, data-mine, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

Intellectual property

All content on the Platform—courses, frameworks, tools, text, audio, video, downloads, branding, and design—belongs to JRNY Consulting or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any use not expressly permitted by these Terms requires our prior written permission.

Community spaces and conduct

If the Platform includes community features (forums, comments, live sessions, group spaces), you agree to engage in ways that protect safety, dignity, and participation.

You must not:

  • harass, threaten, discriminate, or post hateful, abusive, sexual, or violent content;

  • share confidential personal information about others without consent;

  • upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or breaks the law;

  • misrepresent yourself or your affiliations;

  • use community spaces to spam, advertise, or solicit without permission.

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Confidentiality and “real world” examples

JRNY 360 Learning may include discussion prompts about workplace dynamics, power, culture, and decision-making. If you share examples in any community space or live session, you agree to:

  • avoid naming individuals without their explicit consent;

  • avoid sharing confidential or identifying information about clients, employers, colleagues, or service users;

  • take responsibility for what you choose to disclose.

Payments, subscriptions, and access

Pricing: Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
Taxes: Where applicable, taxes may be added at checkout.

Course access: “Lifetime access” (if stated) means access for as long as the course remains available on the Platform and the Platform continues to operate in its current form. We may update, replace, or retire content as part of improving the learning experience.

Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription:

  • it renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date;

  • you can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

Refunds

Because JRNY 360 Learning provides instant access to digital content, refunds are limited.

Unless your local consumer rights require otherwise, we offer refunds only when:

  • a purchase was made in error (duplicate payment), or

  • you were unable to access the content due to a technical issue on our side that we could not resolve.

To request support, contact admin@jrnyconsulting.com with your order details.
Where refunds are granted, they may be processed to the original payment method and may take time depending on your provider.

Changes to the Platform and content

We may update the Platform, course materials, features, and pricing at any time. We’ll aim to make changes in ways that improve quality and usability.

We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, security, or business reasons.

Disclaimers (important)

JRNY 360 Learning is for education and capacity-building. We do not provide legal, medical, clinical, financial, or professional advice through the Platform.

You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, including decisions made in your workplace or organisation.

While we aim for high-quality, evidence-informed content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data);

  • our total liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to access the relevant content in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited (for example, fraud or serious negligence).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • breach these Terms,

  • misuse the Platform or community spaces,

  • or engage in conduct that creates risk or harm to others or to JRNY Consulting.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of your billing period (unless otherwise stated).

Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including cookies and analytics. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (for example, payment processors or video hosting). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise). Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Platform. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
