You care about where your work is heading and want to make choices people can act on—even when pressure builds and the way ahead changes.
You want to move beyond a long list of ambitions and decide what deserves attention, what needs protecting and what you may need to stop.
You care about how decisions are made and the effects they have on others. You want to work with tension, listen across difference and take responsibility for your influence.
You’re open to changing course when the context demands it. You want a clearer basis for judging what should flex and what still matters.
