You’re excited by what becomes possible when people reflect honestly on their work. You want findings to spark better decisions, fresh thinking and changes people can feel—not sit unread in another report.
You want people to feel safe sharing their experiences and confident that someone will respond. You’re committed to accountability that takes concerns seriously, strengthens relationships and follows through on what people have been told.
You’re curious about what could work better and willing to question familiar routines. You want the confidence to challenge assumptions, try different approaches and build MEAL around the realities of people’s lives.
Relational MEAL helps you turn those commitments into choices, methods and habits you can bring into your work.
