Not everything has to be sexy! In the non-profit sector, sometimes we work to stop worse things from happening, rather than making a new positive impact or massive change. Without these interventions, the big changes often can't happen anyway, but their importance goes overlooked. It doesn't make a good comms piece, but they need to happen. What should we do?
